Squeeze Performance — Lower Body 75 min
This treatment is designed to improve mobility, reduce tension and activate the posterior muscle chain -- focusing on the legs and lower back.
The massage starts with an introduction through a sheet to establish contact and prepare the body for the treatment. Next, we work with the back of the calves and thighs. As a natural extension of the treatment of the posterior chain of the body, we perform a short and targeted deep tissue massage along the paraspinal muscles (along the spine).
After this, the client turns over on his back, and the treatment ends with massage of the front of the legs.
The deep-tissue techniques of this treatment are performed without the use of oil. Therefore, it is recommended to shave or wax the area beforehand to reduce discomfort. In the case of very dry skin or heavy hair growth, the therapist may use a small amount of lube to ensure better comfort and fluidity in the techniques.
The treatment also includes some stretching positions, so we recommend that you wear shorts for the best possible comfort and mobility during the massage.

This treatment focuses on reducing tension and increasing leg and seat mobility — perfect for those who need targeted attention to their lower body.
We start with a full-body introduction through a sheet to create contact and get the body ready for the treatment. Next, we work on the back of the calves and thighs using deep weaving techniques, before the client turns around, and we finish the treatment with massage of the front of the legs.
The deep weaving techniques are performed without the use of oil. Therefore, for the best possible comfort, we recommend shaving or waxing the treatment area beforehand. In the case of very dry skin or a lot of hair growth, the therapist may use a small amount of lube.
