Subscription terms

1. General
The following terms (“the Subscription Agreement”) govern the relationship between Squeeze AS (“Squeeze”) and the Squeeze subscriber (“the Subscriber”).

2. Subscription
A Squeeze subscription cannot be purchased by individuals under the age of 16. The subscription is an ongoing agreement, regardless of any binding period. It will continue after the agreed binding period until terminated in accordance with sections 7 or 11.The subscription entitles the Subscriber to 25–100 minutes of massage per month, depending on the selected plan. Current subscription types are available on the company’s website.

3. Payment
The Subscriber shall pay a monthly subscription fee in accordance with Squeeze’s current prices.
The date of the next payment is shown in the subscription profile on squeeze.no.Paid treatments are non-refundable.

4. Validity
Purchased treatments are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Accumulated treatments will remain available if the subscription is paused in accordance with section 5.
Accumulated treatments cannot be paid out, either during the subscription period or upon termination.

5. Pausing the subscription
The Subscriber may pause their subscription with Squeeze for up to three (3) months at a time.
The pause can be activated via the subscription profile on squeeze.no, and no documentation is required.
In cases of serious illness, injury, or pregnancy, the Subscriber may apply to pause the subscription for more than three (3) months. In such cases, customer support must be contacted and documentation provided.
At the end of the pause period, the subscription will resume under the same terms as before the pause, unless the terms have changed. The subscription is automatically reactivated on the first day after the pause.
No subscription fee will be charged during the pause period. The expiration date of accumulated massage minutes does not change during the pause.
The subscription cannot be paused retroactively.

6. Right of withdrawal
The Subscriber has the right to withdraw from the agreement by notifying Squeeze within two weeks of entering into it, cf. Section § 20 of the Right of Cancellation Act.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the subscriber must fill out the [cancellation form]. The right of withdrawal does not apply after the subscriber has completed a treatment. By ordering treatment before the expiration of the cancellation period, the subscriber acknowledges that the right of withdrawal lapses. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the prepaid subscription fee will be refunded. The subscriber must be able to document that the right of withdrawal has been exercised in accordance with applicable legislation.

7. Termination
The subscription can be terminated at any time, but will at least expire at the end of the binding period. After the expiry of the binding period, the subscription continues as an ongoing contractual relationship. Termination takes effect immediately, but the subscription expires at the end of any remaining binding period.
Saved treatments remain available during a break in accordance with point 5, but will not be paid out - neither during the subscription period nor upon termination.

8. Subscriber's responsibilities and general guidelines
The subscriber is obliged to familiarize himself with and follow Squeeze's general guidelines in force at all times.
Squeeze's general guidelines are available here.

9. Termination of the Agreement
Squeeze has the right to terminate the subscription agreement with immediate effect if the subscriber materially breaches the terms. Material breaches include:

– Failure to pay the subscription fee or other fees;
– Violation of the subscriber's obligations under Squeeze's general guidelines (see section 10), which is not insignificant;
– Failure to comply with a written or oral warning from Squeeze.

10. Processing of personal data and communication
In relation to the subscription, Squeeze will process personal data about the subscriber. Information about how this happens and what rights the subscriber has can be found in our privacy policy at the bottom of this page.

11. Limitation of liability
Squeeze is not liable for obstacles or limitations that reduce the treatment offered to the subscriber when this is due to circumstances beyond Squeeze's control, and which could not be foreseen or overcome (force majeure).

12. Governing law and disputes
The subscription agreement is governed by Norwegian law. Disputes between the subscriber and Squeeze shall be resolved amicably. If this does not lead to a settlement, either party may bring the matter before the local court of jurisdiction.
