Privacy policy

Squeeze AS processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act and the EU's data protection regulation (GDPR). We are the data controller for information you give us when you book an appointment or register a subscription.

What we collect and why
We collect and process the following information about you: name, phone number, e-mail address, postal code and your treatment preferences. The purpose of the processing is to deliver agreed services, ensure quality of the treatments and be able to contact you when needed.

The legal basis is contract (for customers) and consent (where this is required, e.g. for marketing).

How we store and protect your data
Your personal data is stored in our customer system and protected with necessary technical and organizational measures. We only store the information for as long as it is necessary for the purpose, or for as long as we are legally obliged to retain it.

Your rights
You have the right to access what information we hold about you, correction of errors, restriction of processing, deletion where possible, as well as the right to data portability. You can also object to certain types of processing.

Third parties and data processors
We use certain external data processors to deliver our services (e.g. booking system, payment solutions, communication tools). These process data only on instruction from us and in accordance with data processing agreements.

Marketing and consent
You will only receive marketing (such as newsletters or campaigns) if you have consented to this. You can at any time withdraw the consent via the link in the e-mail or by contacting us.

Squeeze uses cookies (also called cookies) to collect statistics and in some cases generate mirror audiences/lookalike audiences for marketing purposes. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer when you download a website. The vast majority of websites use such cookies.

Everyone who visits a website shall have information that the website uses cookies. You must approve that cookies are used. The approval is done through the settings in the browser.

You can prevent such cookies from being stored by changing the browser's settings. However, the pages will then not function optimally. You can also delete cookies in the browser or through file management.
