About the treatment
Make sure you are well hydrated before the massage. Avoid heavy exercise right before your appointment. Wear underwear. We recommend arriving a few minutes early.
The treatment begins with a gentle warm-up through soft strokes and kneading, focusing on legs, back, arms, neck and shoulders. Deeper techniques are used where necessary. Communication is important — let us know if anything feels uncomfortable.
