Squeeze AS processes personal data in accordance with the Norwegian Personal Data Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We are the data controller for the information you provide when you book an appointment or register for a subscription.
What we collect and why
We collect: name, phone number, email address, postcode and treatment preferences. The purpose is to deliver the agreed services, ensure treatment quality and enable contact when needed. The legal basis is contract (for customers) and consent (where required, e.g. for marketing).
How we store and protect your data
Your personal data is stored in our customer system and protected with appropriate technical and organisational measures. We only keep data for as long as necessary, or as required by law.
Your rights
You have the right to access the information we hold about you, to correct errors, restrict processing, request erasure where possible, and to data portability. You can also object to certain types of processing. Requests can be sent to hei@squeeze.no.
Third parties and processors
We use select external processors to deliver our services. They only process data under our instruction and under data processing agreements: Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, Snap Inc.
Marketing and consent
You'll only receive marketing (such as newsletters or campaigns) if you've consented. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the link in the email or by contacting us.
Cookies
Squeeze uses cookies to collect statistics and in some cases to build lookalike audiences for marketing. Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Every visitor must be informed of a site's cookie use. You can prevent cookies from being stored by changing your browser settings, and delete cookies via your browser or file manager.
