Several illnesses and conditions can prevent a treatment with us. We also do not treat children under 16, and we only treat pregnant clients during weeks 13–36. Read about all contraindications on our treatment terms page.

We adapt position, pressure and technique so you feel safe and comfortable during pregnancy. You lie in a supported position with a pregnancy pillow, and we use only soft, gentle techniques. The focus is on easing common pregnancy discomforts such as back pain, sore legs or a stiff neck, always on your body's terms.

If you have a high-risk pregnancy or complications related to your pregnancy, we do not perform treatment regardless of pregnancy week. We encourage you to consult your doctor to make sure massage is safe for you.

If you are pregnant, we only treat during pregnancy weeks 13–36. We offer one treatment option specifically developed for pregnant clients, lasting 50 minutes. This is the only treatment option you can choose with us during pregnancy. You will find it when scheduling as "Pregnancy massage".

You start with 5% bonus from your first completed treatment as a Squeeze+ subscriber. You get bonus back on the full value of the treatment when it has been completed, and you see the bonus amount before completing the booking.

Your bonus rate can increase up to 10% as you complete more treatments with an active Squeeze+ subscription.

If you pause your subscription, your bonus is frozen and becomes available again when you resume. If you cancel your Squeeze+ subscription, you lose your bonus. If you start a new subscription later, you start over from 5%.

How the bonus works

Bonus can be used on treatments, add-ons and extra massage minutes beyond what you have in your account.

Bonus cannot be used on gift cards or the monthly subscription itself. If you cancel your Squeeze+ subscription, you lose your bonus.

Unused massage minutes in your account are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. That gives you flexibility if you want to save massage minutes for a longer treatment or use them later.

Flexibility and pause

You can pause your subscription for up to three months. The subscription resumes automatically after the pause period. If you need a longer pause because of long-term illness or pregnancy, contact us and we will help.

You can cancel your subscription from your profile. When the subscription ends, you lose access to subscription pricing, benefits from partners and your bonus.

• Bonus is forfeited when the subscription is cancelled.
• Massage minutes in your account are valid for 12 months from the purchase date, regardless of whether the subscription is still active.

You can split the gift card minutes across several treatments. Keep the gift card code and use it several times until it is empty, or redeem the minutes on your profile.

You redeem your gift card when scheduling a treatment online. On the payment page you can add the gift card code. If you want a longer treatment than the card covers, you can pay the difference. You can also split the minutes from the gift card and use them across several treatments.

If you want a longer treatment than your gift card minutes cover, you can simply pay the difference. Redeem the code and pay the remaining amount.

If you received the gift card digitally, you will find the expiry date in the email you received. For physical gift cards, the buyer must fill in the details manually. The gift card is valid for 12 months from the purchase date. If you are unsure about the expiry date, you are always welcome to ask us. Include the gift card code or the email address used to order it.

You can cancel up to 24 hours before treatment. With a Squeeze+ subscription you can cancel as late as 12 hours before, for any treatment type. That gives you more flexibility.

You can also cancel via "My treatments" in your profile. When you cancel, you're refunded automatically: minutes from your account return immediately, minutes purchased during checkout refund to your card within 3–5 business days, and gift cards reactivate as long as the expiry date is still valid.

Yes. The time you want must show "2 available" or more. Today you need to schedule the first appointment, then schedule the second one afterwards. All our treatments are designed for one person because we only have one massage table per treatment room. That means we unfortunately do not offer couples massage. Thank you for understanding.
