Subscription terms

1. General

The following terms (the 'Subscription Agreement') govern the relationship between Squeeze AS ('Squeeze') and the Squeeze subscriber (the 'Subscriber').

2. Subscription

Squeeze subscriptions cannot be taken out by persons under 16. The subscription is a continuing agreement, independent of any binding period. The subscription therefore continues after the expiry of the agreed binding period and until terminated under clauses 7 or 11. The subscription entitles the Subscriber to 25–100 minutes of massage per month, depending on the subscription chosen. Current subscription types are listed on the company's website.

3. Payment

The Subscriber shall pay the monthly subscription fee according to Squeeze's current prices. The next billing date is visible on the subscription profile at squeeze.no. Paid treatments are non-refundable.

4. Validity

Purchased treatments are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Accumulated treatments remain available during subscription pauses under clause 5. Accumulated treatments will not be paid out, either during the subscription period or upon cancellation.

5. Pausing the subscription

The Subscriber can pause the subscription for up to three (3) months at a time. The pause is activated via the subscription profile at squeeze.no. No documentation is required to pause. In case of serious illness or injury, or pregnancy, the Subscriber may apply for a longer pause. In such cases contact customer service and provide documentation. At the end of the pause, the subscription resumes on the same terms, unless terms have changed. The subscription activates automatically on the first day after the pause. No subscription fee accrues during the pause. Expiry dates for accumulated massage minutes do not change during the pause. The subscription cannot be paused retroactively.

6. Right of withdrawal

The Subscriber has the right to cancel the agreement by notifying Squeeze within two weeks of signing, per the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act § 20. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Subscriber must complete the withdrawal form. The right of withdrawal does not apply once the Subscriber has completed a treatment. By booking a treatment before the withdrawal period expires, the Subscriber acknowledges that the right of withdrawal lapses. If withdrawal is exercised, prepaid subscription fees will be refunded. The Subscriber must be able to document that the withdrawal was made in accordance with applicable law.

7. Cancellation

The subscription can be cancelled at any time, but will at minimum run out the binding period. After the binding period ends, the subscription continues as a rolling agreement. Cancellation takes effect immediately, but the subscription runs through any remaining binding period. Accumulated treatments remain available during pauses under clause 5, but will not be paid out — either during the subscription period or upon cancellation.

8. The Subscriber's responsibility and general guidelines

The Subscriber is required to familiarise themselves with and follow Squeeze's general guidelines as they apply from time to time. Squeeze's general guidelines are available at squeeze.no.

9. Termination of the agreement

Squeeze has the right to terminate the subscription agreement with immediate effect if the Subscriber materially breaches the terms. Material breach includes, among other things: failure to pay the subscription fee or other charges; non-trivial breach of the Subscriber's duties under Squeeze's general guidelines (see clause 10); failure to comply with a written or verbal warning from Squeeze.

10. Processing of personal data and communication

In connection with the subscription, Squeeze processes personal data about the Subscriber. Information on how this is done and the Subscriber's rights can be found in our privacy policy at the bottom of this page.

11. Limitation of liability

Squeeze is not liable for obstacles or limitations that reduce the treatment offering to the Subscriber when caused by circumstances outside Squeeze's control and which could not be foreseen or overcome (force majeure).

12. Choice of law and disputes

The Subscription Agreement is governed by Norwegian law. Disputes between the Subscriber and Squeeze shall be sought resolved amicably. If that fails, either party may bring the case before the local venue.
