About the treatment
Make sure you are well hydrated before the massage. Avoid heavy exercise right before your appointment for best results. Wear underwear during the massage. Women can choose whether to keep their bra on. Ensure good personal hygiene before the treatment. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to relax and get ready.
The treatment begins with a gentle warm-up of the muscles through soft strokes and kneading. We focus especially on areas of high tension to relieve stress and promote muscle relaxation. Deeper techniques are used where necessary. We use massage oil to ease movement over the skin. Communication is important — let us know if anything feels uncomfortable or too intense.
