About the treatment
Please remove clothing from the upper body as well as earrings and necklaces. We cannot perform the massage if you are wearing make-up, so please come without make-up. We will cleanse your face with a damp compress before we begin. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to relax.
The treatment begins with a soothing massage of the neck, shoulders and upper chest. We then focus on head massage using specific methods to release tension in the tissue. The treatment finishes with a facial massage targeting areas around the jaw that are often tight.
Drink plenty of water to help flush out waste products. Avoid intense physical activity the same day.
