About the treatment

Before the treatment

Make sure you are well hydrated before the massage. Avoid heavy exercise right before your appointment. Wear underwear during the massage. Ensure good personal hygiene. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to relax.

During the treatment

The treatment starts with a gentle warm-up through strokes and kneading, before deeper techniques are used to work on muscle knots in the shoulders, neck and back. Massage oil is used to ease movement. Let us know if anything feels uncomfortable.

After the treatment

Drink plenty of water to help flush out waste products. Avoid intense physical activity the same day to give your body time to recover.
